TRACK DOCKET: 6:23-cv-00663 (Bloomberg Law Subscription) Victoria's Secret & Co. was hit with patent infringement allegations in Texas federal court over its namesake brand's website reminding shoppers of items they previously considered. The retailer's website uses a method that gives 'Pick Up Where You Left Off' reminders to customers once they move on to another browsing page, according to a complaint filed by Rocog IP LLC in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas on Monday.
